Heart Rate AI?

Helfie’s Heart Rate AI analyses your face to measure key vital signs and provide insight into your cardiovascular health.

Using your smartphone camera, Heart Rate AI measures subtle changes in skin colour caused by blood flow. This technique, known as remote photoplethysmography (rPPG), allows Helfie to extract a pulse signal from your face and estimate multiple vital signs at once. Heart Rate AI measures your heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels, and respiratory rate, providing fast insight into your cardiovascular and overall wellbeing. These trends can help identify early changes linked to stress, fatigue, breathing issues, and cardiovascular health, all without wearables, straps, or extra devices.
