As long as your account is active, so are your Helfies. Use them when you need them most.
Does Helfie offer a free trial?
Yes, you receive 3 free Helfies when you download the app and create an account. That's 3 free health checks that could catch something you'd otherwise miss.
Does Helfie charge a monthly subscription fee?
No. At Helfie, we believe health should be on your terms. So you pay one flat fee per check using credits in your Helfie wallet. Add credits anytime using Apple Pay, Google Pay or a debit/credit card, and use your balance whenever you need a check. Your wallet credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds; however, your Helfie wallet balance remains available until it's empty. But if you think we've made a mistake, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
